Clare was highly recommended to us by the Head of Finance at Threshers. Clare had worked there for over 10 years in AP. She had specialised in EDI, been part of the data management team and was the AP supervisor when we met her.
Clare’s experience meant she was an ideal choice to head up the Statements team with Debbie, while also managing projects. Clare thrives on challenges and enjoys working on the more difficult claims.
Joint Operations Director
Chris Joined Meridian in August 2011, we headhunted him from Apex Analytics (American based audit firm). Chris was known to us, as he and Andy had previously worked together at Accenture.
Chris is a qualified accounting technician and has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Chris has been an AP Manager in the past and this experience along with his consultative approach enables him to understand our clients’ needs and obtain exceptional results.
As well as account management Chris heads up our VAT team.

For the 10 years prior to working with us, David worked for Warner Brothers and the Financial Times as an AP Supervisor / Team Leader.
David has been with us since 2007 and has built up a reputation for dealing with complex claims.
David is also a qualified accounting technician.
Thierry was highly recommended to us by Lafarge (a long standing client of ours); he had been working as a contractor for them on internal audit projects which had been successfully completed. We met with Thierry and instantly liked his approach; he was hired and has now been with Meridian since January 2010.
Thierry has a French accountancy degree and prior to working with Lafarge was with Emerson Process Management as an AP team leader for 8 years, again bringing significant AP knowledge and is bilingual in French and English.
Debbie jointly heads up our Statements and Complex Suppliers team along with Clare.
Debbie has over 30 years of credit control and accounts payable experience. She started her career working with Argos and subsequently moved to Siemens working in credit control on large accounts such as ‘The Home Office’. Siemen’s assigned Debbie to work on a specific debt project and she reduced the outstanding debt by 50%! Debbie was given a company award for this work.
Prior to joining us Debbie was working for a large wholesaler (responsible for reconciling complex supplier accounts) which was relocating to another part of the country.
